Julia

We began in a fat loss phase at about 1900 calories/d, 4 bouts of 40min of cardio a week, 3 lifting days, 8k steps, and weighing ~227lbs. The photo on the left is that start!

During her fat loss phase, we got all the way to about 1500 calories/d, 4 bouts of 60min of cardio a week, 3 lifting days, 9k steps, and weighing ~205lbs.

The key is WE DIDNT STOP THERE! πŸ‘‡πŸΎπŸ‘‡πŸΎπŸ‘‡πŸΎ

Next, we went through a reset phase, where the goal is to maintain the fat loss phase results, but allow your body to adapt to doing less and eating more! Sounds fun right?! Keep reading πŸ€“

We ended her reset phase at about 2100 calories/d, 4 bouts of 25min cardio a week, 3 lifting days, 7k steps, and weighing ~204lbs!!! 🀯🀯🀯 The photo on the right is the end of her reset phase.

You read that right! Not only did I help her maintain her fat loss, but she was then able to do it with eating more and doing less than she even was to begin with! THIS is how you properly diet. THIS is how you sustain results. THIS is why it is INVALUABLE to have a coach by your side to teach and guide you on how to be successful here.

Now we are beginning a fat loss phase again and the sky is the limit! Especially with how much room we have since getting her metabolism back in a great spot.
